The Ceremony at Grossmünster
The ceremony took place at the Grossmünster, one of the most iconic landmarks of Zurich. The Grossmünster is a Romanesque-style Protestant church that dates back to the 12th century. It has a majestic presence and a rich history, making it a stunning location for a wedding. The bride and groom chose a white and blue color scheme, inspired by the Zurich flag. The bride wore a gorgeous Mery’s dress for the ceremony, while the groom opted for a Dolzer suit. The bridesmaids wore matching Two Birds New York dresses in different styles. The florist Marsano Zürich created beautiful bouquets and arrangements with white roses and blue hydrangeas. The ceremony was intimate and emotional, with the couple exchanging their vows in front of 110 guests. The Grossmünster’s organ and choir added a solemn and elegant touch to the atmosphere. I was honored to capture every moment of this special occasion, from the entrance of the bride to the first kiss of the newlyweds.

The Reception at Dolder Grand
After the ceremony, the guests were invited to join the couple for an apéro at the Kreuzgang of the Fraumünster church, another historical and architectural gem of Zurich. The Kreuzgang is a cloister that features beautiful frescoes by the famous Swiss artist Augusto Giacometti. The guests enjoyed some delicious snacks and drinks, while admiring the art and the view of the Limmat river. The party continued at the Dolder Grand, a luxury hotel that offers a unique experience for wedding celebrations. The Dolder Grand is located on a hilltop, overlooking the city of Zurich, the lake, and the Alps. It combines the charm of a historic building with the comfort and elegance of a modern design.
The couple booked one of the Dolder Grand’s exclusive banquet rooms. The room was decorated with white and blue details, creating a sophisticated and cozy ambiance. The Dolder Grand’s staff provided an impeccable service, catering to the needs and wishes of the couple and their guests. The bride changed into a stunning Lihi Hod dress for the party, while the groom switched to a Cheaney pair of shoes. They had their delicious dinner with a lot of beautiful and intimate speeches. The video team Gomango captured the highlights of the evening, while the make up artist and hairdresser Sinem Yavsaner made sure the bride looked flawless throughout the night. The guests had a great time dancing, laughing, and celebrating with the happy couple. The Dolder Grand’s terrace offered a spectacular view of the city lights and the stars. It was a perfect ending to a perfect day.
